I need to cook more.
No, wait, that's not quite it. I need to stop eating out/eating fruit rollups and sunchips for dinner more.
I don't know how I get into these funks. I like cooking, really. But then I get busy and distracted and suddenly processed REAL! FRUIT! FLAVORS! and Sunchips seem so much easier than lugging out ingredients that don't come in a shiny foil bag. I'm not sure I even remember what REAL! FRUIT! tastes like, to be honest-- and who could blame me, since I've been enjoying the ever-ambiguous "tropical flavor" fruit rollups for days now? Fruit in flattened tube form! How could a boring apple compare?
Also, I'm very, very grateful that I have tomorrow off work, because I somehow have found myself in the middle of a revising fiesta.
-AS YOU WISH is, of course, the priority-- I'm a little over halfway through its revisions, with the rest of the changes plotted out and ready to go.
-I heard back from my agent about SISTERS RED; the agency loved it and said nice things that make me happy (big sigh of relief there). SR, in theory, might be going to my editor sometime next week, pending me spending some time this weekend polishing up a few small bits and pieces. If it does, I imagine my fruit rollup consumption will double. YOU'RE WELCOME, Betty Crocker.
-And poor little UNWRITTEN still needs it's first 70 pages edited. Luckily, no one is really tapping their foot and impatiently waiting for UW so I can sort of back burner it for AYW and SR if I need too. Sorry, UW.
Finally, I have to do another video blog, because Kaleb tagged me in his video. Which is hilarious (and way professional-looking), so you should watch it.

To be fair, I'm totally planning #3 regardless of fame level.
Congrats about SR! That's great news. :)
I am attempting to catch up with my blog roll, so my responses are very out of order, but congrats on Sisters Red!
